1 Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member") and dorahoki ("Company", "we", "platform"). By registering an account, accessing the platform, or using any dorahoki services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be fully bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you are not permitted to use dorahoki's services. Continued use of the platform following any amendments to these Terms will be deemed as acceptance of those changes.

Dorahoki reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Members will be notified via email or an in-platform notice when material changes occur.

2 Member Eligibility

To register and use the dorahoki platform, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years old at the time of registration.
• Be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.
• Not being located in any jurisdiction that prohibits participation in online betting activities.
• There are no legal restrictions preventing you from using dorahoki's services.
• Register under your own name — registration on behalf of another person is strictly prohibited.

3 Registration & Account Management

When registering a dorahoki account, you are required to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information, including your full name, phone number, active email address and valid payment details.

One Account Policy: Each individual is permitted to hold only one dorahoki account. This includes accounts registered under different details but belonging to the same person. Violation of this policy may result in termination of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any remaining balance.

You are solely responsible for keeping your account username and password secure. Dorahoki will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account due to your own negligence.

A Know Your Customer (KYC) process may be required prior to your first withdrawal or upon reaching certain thresholds. Documents that may be requested include a copy of your MyKad or passport and proof of payment method.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

Dorahoki supports a range of local Malaysian payment methods for our members' convenience:

The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50 and the maximum is RM50,000 per day. Withdrawal requests are processed within 1–24 business hours. Dorahoki reserves the right to request additional verification for withdrawals that exceed certain limits.

Deposits and withdrawals must use the same payment method. Transferring funds to a third-party account or using a method different from the original deposit method is not permitted without explicit approval from dorahoki.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

Dorahoki offers a wide range of exclusive bonuses and promotions for Malaysian members, including a welcome bonus, weekly cashback, referral bonuses and seasonal promotions. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions stated in each offer.

The general terms applicable to all dorahoki bonuses are as follows:

• Wagering (rollover) requirements must be met before any bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• Each bonus may only be claimed once unless otherwise stated.
• Bonuses may not be transferred to another member or redeemed directly for cash.
• Dorahoki reserves the right to withdraw or modify any bonus at any time.
• Certain games may not qualify towards bonus wagering requirements.
• Members found to have abused the bonus system will forfeit all related bonuses and winnings.

6 Game Rules

All games on the dorahoki platform — including slots, Live Casino, table games such as blackjack and roulette, Sports Betting on Malaysia Super League and EPL football, badminton, cricket, e-sports and virtual sports — are operated in accordance with their respective rules.

Key points regarding game rules:

• Game outcomes generated by the Random Number Generator (RNG) system are considered final.
• In the event of a technical disruption during an active game session, any incomplete rounds will be voided and stakes refunded.
• Dorahoki reserves the right to void any bets placed at odds that are clearly erroneous due to a system error.
• Winnings from Sports Betting are subject to verification of official match results.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits for each game are displayed within the respective game interface.

Dorahoki uses licensed, internationally recognised game software providers. All games are regularly audited to ensure fairness and integrity.

7 Prohibited Member Conduct

Dorahoki members are strictly prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities:

• Use of automation software, bots, scripts, or any third-party tools to play or interact with the platform.
• Colluding with other members to manipulate game outcomes.
• Identity fraud or use of another person's personal information without authorisation.
• Attempting to hack, breach, or disrupt dorahoki's systems or infrastructure.
• Making deposits using another person's credit or debit card without their authorisation.
• Spreading false or defamatory information about dorahoki to the public.
• Using the dorahoki platform for money laundering or any other illicit financial activity.

8 Account Security

You are fully responsible for keeping your dorahoki account login details secure. Dorahoki recommends the following steps to protect your account:

• Use a strong password combining uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers and symbols.
• Do not share your password with anyone, including family members.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where available.
• Log out of your account after every session, especially on shared or public devices.
• Report any suspicious activity to dorahoki customer support immediately.

Dorahoki uses 256-bit SSL encryption to protect all data transmitted between your device and our servers. However, we are not liable for any losses arising from security negligence on the part of the member.

9 Account Suspension and Termination

Dorahoki reserves the right to suspend or terminate any member account for the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision within these Terms.
• Submission of false or inaccurate registration information.
• Suspected activities related to fraud, money laundering, or collusion.
• Requests from legitimate legal authorities.
• Accounts inactive for more than 12 consecutive months.

Members may also request to close their own account at any time via account settings or by contacting customer support. Prior to closure, all outstanding wagering requirements must be fulfilled and no transactions may be pending.

10 Limitation of Liability

Dorahoki provides its platform and services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the extent permitted by Malaysian law, dorahoki is not liable for:

• Any service disruption, downtime, or technical failure beyond our control.
• Financial losses resulting from betting decisions made by the member themselves.
• Delays in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers.
• Data loss resulting from system failures beyond dorahoki's control.
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to a member's account due to the member's own negligence.

Dorahoki's maximum total liability to any member under any circumstances shall not exceed the net deposit amount made by that member in the 30 days preceding the claim.

11 Responsible Gaming

Dorahoki takes responsible gaming seriously. We believe that betting should be a form of entertainment, not a burden. We provide the following tools to help members play responsibly:

• Deposit Limit: Set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits based on what you can afford.
• Play Time Limits: Set session time limits to prevent excessive play.
• Account Timeout: Request a temporary break (24 hours to 6 months) whenever you feel you need one.
• Self-Exclusion: The option to permanently self-exclude from the platform.

12 Amendments to Terms and Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall first be resolved through negotiation between the parties, and if unsuccessful, through arbitration or a court of competent jurisdiction.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severed from these Terms and shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions, which shall continue in full force and effect.

The Bahasa Malaysia version of these Terms is the official version for Malaysian members. In the event of any inconsistency between language versions, the Bahasa Malaysia version shall prevail.
